This declaration on digital accessibility applies to the website www.ferienregion-nahe-glan.de.

Status of compatibility with the requirements
This website is partially compatible with the requirements of the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) in conjunction with the Rhineland-Palatinate Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV-RP). The evaluation is based on a self-assessment.

This content is provided directly by external platforms and is not subject to our editorial or technical control. The barrier-free design of this content can therefore not be fully guaranteed at present.

After careful consideration, we currently assess the complete barrier-free implementation of this embedded third-party content as a disproportionate burden within the meaning of Section 4 (3) BFSG. However, we are monitoring technical developments and will endeavor to find solutions that best meet accessibility requirements in future adaptations.

Accessibility of the TOSC5 website widget
feratel media technologies AG strives to make the TOSC5 website widget accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 28, 2025. This declaration applies to the integrated booking and information widget.

Compatibility status
The widget is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 (AA) and EN 301 549 V 3.2.1 (2021-03), due to the following restrictions:

• C.9.1.1.1 - Missing text alternatives
• C.9.1.3.1 - Structure not programmatically detectable
• C.9.1.3.2 - Sequence only visually apparent
• C.9.1.4.3 - Insufficient contrast
• C.9.1.4.10 - No reflow during scaling
• C.9.2.1.1 - Not all functions can be operated using the keypad
• C.9.2.2.2 - Moving content cannot be paused
• C.9.2.4.3 - Incorrect focus order
• C.9.2.4.6 - Missing labels and headings
• C.9.3.3.2 - No accessibility features
• C.9.4.1.2 - UI components not correctly labeled
• C.9.4.1.3 - Status messages not accessible via assistive technology

Disproportionate burden
The barrier-free conversion of PDFs and provision in plain language in the widget is currently not possible.

Sign language
A sign language version is not mandatory.
