The Mattheiser Summer Academy Bad Sobernheim is a festival for classical music that is renowned throughout Europe and has been a magnet for artists and guests from all over the world for many years.
The academy is one of the pioneers in the European festival landscape, as it has been successfully implementing the now much-used concept of bringing top culture to the rural region since 1988.
Music students from all over the world, famous soloists and the most renowned music professors in Europe come together in our small spa town, transforming it into an international music campus and a city of sound.
